The staff at this stunning boutique hotel were absolutely incredible. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to assist us. Sarah, in particular, exceeded our expectations by helping my wife with her art lesson and even mailing some precious jewelry back to us. The design of the property and rooms is simply beautiful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We were amazed by the resident rabbits, animals, and ducks, adding an extra touch of charm to our stay. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, and the volcanic soap provided in the rooms was the best we've ever used. We were blown away by the infinity pool and truly enjoyed the great food served in the restaurant. The overall architecture of the hotel is jaw-dropping. We are already planning to come back and see how this remarkable place ages.

I had a wonderful time staying at the Sugar House. The facilities are amazing, with a state-of-the-art design that blends seamlessly with the magical mountains and rivers. The chef in the kitchen is the best, and the restaurant manager, Owen, is wonderful. I had a great cooking class with Chef PONG and enjoyed delicious meals at the main restaurant. The Chinese painting class was also a lovely experience, especially for my son. The architecture is stunning, the pool is clean, and the rooms are immaculate. Definitely worth a visit!

The complimentary cocktail course and citronella lotion offered at the bar were impressive. the location with the karst view was breathtaking and was perfect for relaxation or a romantic getaway. the spacious rooms and overall attention to detail in the architecture and amenities gave a touch of luxury.

The quality of food in the restaurant lacked flavor and was not up to par with the Alila brand. transportation options to explore nearby areas were limited.

I absolutely loved the stunning location of the hotel, which offered breathtaking views of the river from the swimming pool. The elegant and sophisticated design of this beautifully restored old sugar mill was impressive. I found the spa very enjoyable and relaxing, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel had many unique and memorable activities to offer, like the basket bazaar and sugar tour. The dinner and lunch restaurants had surprisingly delicious local seafood.

Nestled high on a scenic mountain, this gem is conveniently located near the main highway and has easy access to the airport. the breathtaking views from the oversized balcony in every room are perfect for enjoying the tranquility of nature. the outstanding service and delicious local seafood provide an authentic taste of the region.

The overcrowded pool area can sometimes detract from the peaceful atmosphere.
